A: If you have an older standard TV in the 4:3 format then you will need to set the DVD player menu to ‘Letterbox’ format. This is because the video is recorded in 16:9 format. 	System requirements System Requirements Our downloads work only with Windows 2000, XP or Vista. Mac and unix users should select the DVD disc option. Our movies do play on Windows 98SE; this is not supported, however. Downloads are recommended for broadband users only. Dialup users should select the DVD disc option. Downloaded movies require free disk space totalling twice the movie size (eg. a 300Mb movie requires 600Mb of space) Our movies require a 1GHz Pentium III CPU or better, with 256Mb of RAM or more, and a display resolution of 1024x768 pixels or higher.
